Step 1: Unboxing Your UBHOME M10 Robotic Lawn Mower

Before installation, ensure all components are included:

Step 2: Download the UBHOME App

The UBHOME M10 robotic lawn mower is controlled via the UBHOME app (available on iOS & Android).

How to Download:

• Scan the QR code in the manual.
• Search "UBHOME" in the App Store or Google Play Store.

 

Step 3: Register & Log In to Your UBHOME Account

 A. New Users (Create Account)

1. Click "Create Account".
2. Select your country & enter your email.
3. Click "Send Code" to receive a verification code (check spam/junk folder if missing).
4. Enter the code (valid for 60 seconds).
5. Read & accept Privacy Policy & User Agreement.
6. Set a strong password (6-14 characters, letters + numbers + symbols).
7. Click "Submit" to complete registration.

B. Existing Users (Log In)

1. Enter email & password.
2. Accept Privacy Policy & User Agreement.
3. Click "Log In".

C. Forgot Password?

1. Click "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter registered email.
3. Get & enter the verification code.
4. Set a new password and click "Submit".

 

Step 4: Connect the LoRa Gateway

 Before Setup:

• Enable Bluetooth & Location on your phone.
• Connect to your home WiFi (2.4GHz recommended).

Setup Process:

1. In the UBHOME app, click "+" to add a Device → "LoRa Gateway".
2. Place the LoRa Gateway near your WiFi router.
3. Plug in the power adapter (the blue LED should blink).
4. In the app, select the Gateway’s SN number (found on the bottom of the LoRa Gateway).
5. Enter your WiFi credentials (ensure 2.4GHz network is selected).
6. Click "Join in" and wait for  "successful connection". 

⚠ Troubleshooting:

• If the blue light stops blinking, unplug & reconnect power.
• If WiFi fails, rename your 2.4GHz & 5GHz networks (they must differ).

 

 Step 5: Add the M10 Robot Lawn Mower

1. In the app, click "Add Device" → "Robotic Mower".
2. Press & hold the Power button (3 sec) until the screen turns on.
3. Press & hold the Home button (3 sec) to enter pairing mode.
4. Select the Mower’s SN number (found on the device).
5. Wait for "successful connection".

Step 6: Add the RTK Reference Station

 Installation Tips:

• Place the RTK station in an open area (avoid trees, walls, or roofs).
• Ensure strong satellite signals (20+ satellites recommended).

Setup Process:

1. In the app, click "Add Device" → "RTK Station".
2. Connect the RTK station to the charging dock using the 2m cable.
3. Plug the charging dock into power using the 10m cable.
4. Select the RTK’s SN number (found on the device).
5. Wait for  "successful connection".

 

 Step 7: Install the RTK Reference Station

1. Choose an open, unobstructed location (rooftop recommended).
2. Click "Start Positioning" in the app.
3. Ensure 20+ satellites are detected (better signal = better mowing).
4. Click "Next" to confirm the location.

⚠ Important:

• Do not move the RTK station after setup (if relocated, remap your lawn).

 

 Step 8: Set Up the Charging Station

1. Place the charging dock on flat ground (2m clearance from walls/obstacles).
2. Position the M10 on the dock to test charging.
3. In the app, click "Next" to complete setup.

Pro Tips:

• Use ground stakes to secure the dock.
• Ensure no obstacles block the mower’s return path.

 

Step 9: Map Your Lawn

1. In the app, click "Start Mapping".
2. Draw boundaries & no-go zones & path for precision mowing.
