1. What should I do if the charging station fails to position correctly?
Place the charging station in an open area.
After testing, you can move it under an eave (within 2m).
We recommend installing the charging station in an open, unobstructed area. For both practicality and aesthetics, you can move the station back under an eave after the M10 completes its return-to-charge test. Make sure the distance moved does not exceed 2 meters.
2. Why does the M10 pause charging on the station?
Charging stops if the battery is too hot.
It resumes automatically when the temperature drops to ≤41°C (105°F).
To cool faster, drive M10 to a shaded area via Remote Mode.
Charging stops automatically if the battery temperature gets too high. In this case, the M10 may return to the station with low power but won’t start charging. Once the battery cools down to 41°C (105°F) or below, charging will resume automatically.
3. Why can’t the reference station reach the required 20 satellites?
Install in a location with more than 24 satellites.
Use 10m cable for the reference station (e.g., rooftop), 2m cable for charging station.
If 2m cable is too short, buy the Reference Station Power Kit (10m cable + power adapter).
We recommend installing the reference station in a location where it can detect more than 24 satellites.
If needed, you can switch between the 10m cable and the 2m cable:Use the 10m cable to mount the reference station on the roof.
Use the 2m cable to connect the charging station.
If the 2m cable is too short for your charging station setup, you can purchase the Reference Station Power Kit from our official website. It includes a 10m cable and a dedicated power adapter for the reference station.
