If you purchase an UBHOME lawn mower, the control App for the mower will be provided by UBHOME., who may contact you to inquire about your orders. We will only share your information within our affiliated companies for legitimate and explicit purposes, and only share the information necessary to provide the Services, and are bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If a purpose concerned is not included in this Privacy Policy, we will state it in the corresponding notice of the specific services.

 

We may disclose personal information to our service providers for the performance of certain features or to provide you with better service and a better user experience. The categories of service providers to whom we entrust personal information include service providers for:

We store your personal information in the region where it was collected: information from our EU store (eu.ubhome.com/) is stored in the European Union, while data from our US store (us.ubhome.com/)  in the United States. 

 

In order to provide technical support and server maintenance, our engineering, technical, and other support teams located in mainland China may occasionally remotely access servers. This remote access generally only involves information related to the operation of devices and application software, and it generally does not include the identification information that you provide when you register as a user, unless there are exceptional circumstances. This remote access is a necessary guarantee for providing you with comprehensive after-sales service.

 

We will take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect your personal information. If we need to transfer personal information outside of the jurisdiction you belong to, whether to our affiliated companies or service providers, we will follow relevant applicable laws.
